No butter Cocoa cupcake


i was craving a red velvet cake but had no butter or food coloring.
So i ended up making a cake with the only ingredient i had; cocoa.
this cake uses vegitable oil instead of butter but turned out great!
This cupcake is super super moist and yummy.





Ingredients:
1&3/4 cup flour
1&1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup cocoa
2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegitable oil
1 cup hot water
1&1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk

Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
sift all the dry ingredients together.
mix sugar, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla
add egg mixture to dry mixture
add in hot water and mix well
place cupcake liners in cupcake pans and bake until taste tester comes out clean!
