red bean bun

Hi, so just made a red bean paste, (recipe under other sweets tab on the right) and i thought that it would be good to put it in a bun. I made this bun to make a pretzel but changed my mind because my taste buds were not crying for salty anymore! these buns were super simple to make. soft, chewy, tasty!

2&3/4 cup flour
1 package (.25 oz) active dry yeast
1 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp sugar

redbean paste filling.

place sugar, yeast, in warm water for 10 minutes
stir in flour oil and salt
knead dough and cover in a oiled bowl for 1 hour
cut dough to 16 pieces.
roll out  into a circle and fill with filling.
pinch the edges and shape into a bun
cover and let rise for 30 minutes
steam for 15 minutes.
